Villa Rates
Our rates for Boer & Brit Villa are based on how many people will stay per night. Additional charges will be made for use of Chef, Driver and Airport Service dependent on usage. Please ask for Special Promotions. Below is a list of prices:
RATES ARE VALID UNTIL January 2024

* All Rates excluding of breakfast & 10% service charge
* Service charge will be added to other services at the villas
* Our Suites accommodate 4 adults
* In order to secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total needs to be made
* For Peak and High season bookings, the remaining 50% payment needs to be made 2 weeks prior to the arrival date
* For Normal season bookings, the remaining 50% payment needs to be made 1 week prior to the arrival date
* Deposits for Peak season bookings are non-refundable
* Cancellation of a Peak or High season booking is free of charge up until 3 weeks before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150
* Cancellation of Normal season booking is free of charge up until 1 week before the arrival date, subject to an administration fee of USD 150
* We advise all guests to have travel insurance
